UVT CTF at Snyk Fetch the Flag 2025 - 9th Place Finish!
Overview
Our UVT CTF team participated in Snyk Fetch the Flag 2025, a 12-hour cybersecurity CTF. We secured 9th place out of 1201 teams by solving all available challenges, with our final ranking determined by the time it took to complete them.
Our Experience
We were impressed by the large number of challenges packed into a 12-hour competition. The event covered areas like web applications, reverse engineering, and binary exploitation. Some challenges even required using the Snyk CLI, making it interesting to explore a new tool in real-world scenarios.
Final Results
Despite tough competition, we solved every challenge and finished 9th due to time constraints. A great learning experience that tested both speed and efficiency!
